ACC covers part of the cost for your treatment if your injury is the result of an accident. The top up fee that you pay is referred to as a surcharge.

All New Zealand Physiotherapists have the authority to lodge ACC claims which have occurred within the past year. A referral is therefore NOT needed. This means you do not have to wait to book an appointment to see a Physiotherapist.

An appointment which is not covered by ACC, will be charged privately. Private health insurance companies such as Southern Cross may reimburse you for the cost of your ACC surcharge or private treatment, depending on the level of cover you have. Feel free to check this out with them before your appointment.

Exercise equipment, braces, kinesiotape and rigid tape, therabands, formthotics, tui balms, crutches, moonboots and more are available to purchase and in some cases rent. A small range of stock is kept on site but the majority will be ordered on an as needed basis. This usually takes 1-2 days to arrive. There is NO charge for tape or acupuncture needles used during an appointment.

Payments are to be made after your appointment via eftpos or cash. Online banking is also available.

If you would like an appointment earlier than what is visible on the online booking system please call or txt 022 126 4170, leave your details and request to be placed on the cancellation list. Tracey will do her best to get you seen as soon as possible.

Please note there is no charge for cancellations given within 24hrs. There is a $35 fee for providing less than 12hrs notice and if an appointment is missed, there will be a fee to the value of your full consultation. There is no fee for emergencies so please communicate these with Tracey as soon as you are able.

Telehealth appointments are available.

They require a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone and a stable internet connection.

Fantastic alternative to regular face-face treatments and are an option to clients who have recently had at least one face-face appointment.

A great option for those who struggle to get out of the house for many different reasons or if your therapist is not able to see you in the clinic due to changes in national COVID restrictions.

An email will be sent to you with further details after you have booked your appointment.

The cost will be the same as regular treatment. Although there are differences in what assessment and treatment can be physically performed, the service is comparable. There is also hidden admin involved before and after a telehealth appointment. Please be considerate of this additional time required and be prompt to your online appointment.
